Everlast's Cardio Elite (kick) boxing gloves are specially designed for speed training and target control. Thanks to the full wrist strap and open thumb design, the glove has a good fit and fist positioning. Furthermore, the glove has a double-layer foam combination for lightweight protection. This makes the glove suitable for heavy punching bags, but they are not recommended for sparring.

55 - 65 kg 12 oz
65 - 85 kg 14 oz

During competitions, 10 oz is normally used for fighting. If you want to train heavier and put more weight on your arms to train holding up, take a size bigger/heavier.
